Where applicable, your funds remain on your broker account. Cerebra Markets connects via secure API and never holds your deposits or withdrawals on your behalf.

- Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer or break our systems.
- Don't use the platform for unlawful activity.
- Don't impersonate others or share your credentials.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time from your settings.
